Frank, from the Bath School of Shiatsu & Yoga, teaches a great class that will push and stretch you very nicely. His directions are good and he corrects your postures when needed. He’s also started teaching at Yoga Bodhi. If you’re looking for a slow and relaxing class, this is not for you. Instead, prepare to leave energised and bendy. I haven’t been to a class of his for a while I’m and therefore not sure if he’s changed his format, so please call him to find out.
