Shaana is a cranial chiropractor and advanced Sacro occipital practitioner. She really knows her stuff and uses various techniques to get great results. She very seldom ‘cracks’ your body back into place. I’m not a big fan of that so I am a fan of Shaana. She offers a ‘drug free and integrated and holistic approach to health’. She is approachable and understanding and she always has a smile on her face.

Alison is an osteopath with over 8 years experience as far as I can remember. She works along side me at the Body Development Therapy Rooms. She is currently a very busy lady working in two other practices but is growing her Bath practice with a view to it being her sole place of work. Like Shanna, she really knows her stuff! She can tell so much by just looking at you and can skilfully manipulate your body back into working order.

Rolfing as another way to get your body into alignment. I’ve only had one session with Jay but I could definitely feel the benefits. Unfortunately we both work on the same days so it will be tricky for me to investigate Rolfing further with him but I will update this as soon as I do. Jay is warm and friendly and the manipulations he does are gentle and subtle...untill the next day when you can really feel the areas on which he worked.
